My name is Shayla, and I grew up here in Pocatello and fell in love with the hills, mountains, and outdoors that make this place feel like home.I’ve also always loved to bake. Some of my favorite memories are experimenting in the kitchen, trying new recipes, and sharing warm treats fresh from the oven.This little home bakery grew out of that love — early mornings, warm ovens, and the quiet comfort that only a freshly baked good can bring. Off Trail Bakery is about slowing down, savoring something simple, and creating cozy moments you can share with the people you love.
